The Contemporary room has a single bed, a tailor made work desk and a wardrobe. To have your privacy respected the room has a lock. You will also have water, gas, electricity and a high speed WIFI connection included in the monthly rent.
There are two full bathrooms to share in the apartment; one with bathtub and the other with a shower.
In the modern shared kitchen everybody has their own fridge (with a cooling box) and also their own cabinet to keep their dry food in. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, blender, toaster, citrus press, an electric stove/oven, washer, kitchen- and dinnerware. In the kitchen you also have a 32” television a black crystal dining table with four comfortable chairs.
There is a cleaning provided twice a week in the common areas and once a week you are able to have the sheets and towels changed. The rooms are cleaned upon request with an additional charge.
We have our office in the fifth room and will be using the kitchen and bathroom during our office hours, so we will be very easy to reach with any possible questions you might have.
This room is only rented monthly (minimum stay 60 nights). There will be a residential lease to sign and agree to upon arrival. The signing fee is 50€. The indicates prices are for 1 person, if it would be for a couple we would charge 125€/month more.
La Sagrera's metro station is 2 min away; there you have metro lines L1 and L5 operating. You also have the train station at the same distance and from there you have lines R3, R4 and R12 operating.

The Contemporary room is one of the 4 bedrooms in the 130m2 apartment, that we are renting out monthly for students and business travelers. You will be very well connected with the public transportation and very closed to the city center.
